LEAP Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the LEAP: 12-Week Business Planning Intensive for Rising Entrepreneurs (“LEAP Program”), offered by Breakthrough Co Lab, LLC (“Company”). By enrolling in the LEAP Program, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Program Description
- The LEAP Program is a 12-week business planning course designed to guide participants through the process of creating a comprehensive business plan.
- Participation in the LEAP Program includes weekly workshops, a 1-to-1 strategy session, a 3-month membership to Breakthrough Co Lab, a 3-month subscription to LivePlan business planning software, a workbook, and lifetime access to the private LEAP community.
2. Eligibility
- To participate in the LEAP Program, you must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment for the LEAP Program is due upon registration, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon in writing by both the Company and the Participant.
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4. Commitment and Attendance
- Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled workshops and complete assignments to benefit fully from the LEAP Program.
- The Company is not liable for missed workshops or one-on-one sessions due to Participant’s scheduling conflicts.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided within the LEAP Program, including but not limited to workbooks, presentations, and recorded sessions, are the intellectual property of Breakthrough Co Lab, LLC.
- Participants may use these materials solely for their personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without prior written permission from the Company is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
- Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared within the LEAP Program by other participants. This includes business ideas, strategies, and other sensitive information discussed during workshops, sessions, and within the LEAP community.
- The Company will also maintain the confidentiality of Participant’s business ideas, plans, and other proprietary information shared within the LEAP Program.
7. Community Guidelines
- Participants are expected to engage in a respectful and supportive manner within the LEAP Program community. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.
- Participants agree not to solicit business or services from other participants without their consent.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The LEAP Program is an educational and guidance-based service; however, the Company makes no guarantees regarding individual business success.
- Participants are responsible for the decisions they make in their businesses, and the Company is not liable for any results or outcomes resulting from participation in the LEAP Program.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Oregon law, the Company’s liability for any claim arising from the LEAP Program is limited to the amount paid by the Participant.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the LEAP Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lane County, Oregon.
10. Agreement
- By registering for and participating in the LEAP Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
